Returns
We hope you’ll love every purchase you make from our website, but in case you wish to return the purchased products to us, you must return them within 5 days from the day your order has arrived at your nearest ACS store.
All expenses for the return and the replacement of the item are paid by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can always contact us for any return question at our Instagram account or at our contact telephone.
We do not accept returns in clearance items.
In addition, if an item is bought at a full price and you will return it during sales period, we will accept the item back on the decreased price (e.g sales price at the moment of the return).
We do not make any refunds. You can change your item with another or with a 2 month voucher within 7 days from the day of the purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned (such as necklaces and earrings for health and hygiene reasons). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you have sent it.
Customers in Cyprus can exchange your purchase from our Mainstream store, or via Courier accompanied by your email sent for the order purchased as a proof of purchase.
