Cyprus
We ship our products within Cyprus via ACS courier to all cities within 3 working days from the day we dispatch your order.
We offer two methods for your orders delivered to you
- Pick-Up at our Store (Misiaouli & Kavazoglou 27, G 3017, Limassol, Cyprus) free of charge.
- Shipping to an ACS Store free of charge
Within Europe
We ship our products within Europe with Cyprus Post, Geniki Taxydromiki or ACS Courier.
- For shipping within EU (10-15 working days): Free shipping for orders over €100. Otherwise a €10 fee will be charged
Worldwide
We ship our products worldwide with Cyprus Post, Geniki Taxydromiki or ACS Courier.
- For shipping worldwide (10+ working days): €15
NOTE: Non EU-Customers shall be subject to any charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearances, any import duty, quotes, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements for which our company shall bear no liability.
Extra Information
- Orders are fulfilled within 2 working days. In case the product is not in stock, customers will be notified and will be sent as soon
- We do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday
- Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay. Some delays may occur depending on the destination country and this is not possible to be controlled by us.
- If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is or call you to schedule another delivery time. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
- Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
- Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.
